Very poor support

Really liked it for the first few weeks. I have one key that has come off of the keyboard, and the laptop no longer recognizes the battery so it must be plugged in to use. Went to the Lenovo site and was able to enter a ticket to get it fixed. Had to pay $34 for a box to send it back, but was OK with that. Now almost three weeks later, no box and hors spent on the phone trying to figure out where the box is. First call took over an hour and talked with 4 different people. Now another week has passed and still no box. For warranty work it must be returned to Lenovo. Best Buy can fix but will charge you. Suggest you spend the $$ for the extended on site service unless you have the time to spend trying to chase them to get a defective product returned.

To learn your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 7i 15. The Lenovo Yoga 7i 15, ships with a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software installed. It will activate automatically with the initial activation of Windows 10 and protect your computer for the 30-day trial period. You do not need to use McAfee VPS. You can uninstall McAfee and use the free Windows Defender VPS that comes with Windows 10 or you can uninstall McAfee and then install your choice of any compatible 3rd party VPS. The key is to uninstall McAfee if you will not be using it, as there can only be one active VPS on the computer at a time. This Yoga 7i 15 provides a full-size 15.6 inch screen (screen size measured diagonally) and a standard QWERTY keyboard with 10-Key Numeric Pad included, but still only weighs 1.9 kg (4.19 lbs).
