Hello thanks for choosing the Lenovo 7i 15" laptop. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the display on your laptop. Please ensure you have the resolution set correctly by right clicking on your desktop wallpaper and selecting display settings. Next ensure you are running at the recommended setting of 1920x1080. If the issue remains please ensure you have night light turned off as this will add an orange hue to the screen and is meant for night time viewing to prevent eye strain. If your issue remains please select 'Windows HD color settings" and ensure that HRD video mode is tuned off as this is only intended for viewing HRD videos. If after these steps you are still experiencing some issue with the color we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support at 877-453-6686 for the next steps. Lenovo

I purchased this laptop for the first time earlier last month. Worked great for a week, then it came time for basic update. After that, the computer was totally unresponsive. I couldn’t log in, then when it finally did let me in it would crash as soon as I would try to get onto a browser or even access the start menu. Returned it within 15 days for a full refund, and wanted to give it another go. My second Lenovo worked for about 13 days, then again it was prompting me to restart. At this point I went for it because I wanted to see if the same problem would happen.... and it did. This time it would let me into the Home Screen with no issues, but as soon as I would try to open Microsoft edge or access the start menu it would become unresponsive and crash. Needless to say.. I’ll be returning this laptop today and not trying again. Bummer because this is a beautiful laptop!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the keyboard on your Lenovo Yoga 7i-15. You might try using canned air to remove any debris that may be under the key, causing the error. Screen went black after one month

After a month of owning the Lenovo yoga I am very disappointed as we had to bring it to Best Buy to have geek squad look at it it because it completely went to black screen. This is really an inconvenience as it has put my husband out of work for two days. Hopefully this is a quick fix. This is the first time we have used a Lenovo. All our previous laptops were HP. We tried something new because there was a good sale. I will update my review after Geek Squad looks at it. This has completely prevented our small business from functioning as it is our only computer. This is completely unacceptable.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 7i 15. First, be sure the battery is fully charged. There is only one port on the Yoga 7i 15 that can charge the computer. It has an electric plug icon next to it. Plug the computer in and let it charge for 15-minutes. If the computer is charging properly, a white LED light next to the charging port will shine. If this LED light is not on, first check to be sure you are using the correct port, then check the AC charger. You may need to take the computer and the AC adapter to your local Best Buy Geek Squad to do this. If the computer is charging properly, after 15-minutes, press the power button and the computer will boot to the Windows 10 Desktop Screen. If the computer does not start, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty syncing your iPhone with your Lenovo Yoga 7i 15, Windows 10 computer. Here is a link to instructions for syncing your iPhone to this Windows 10 computer:  https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/sync-iphone-with-your-computer-iph875319a3a/ios. The Yoga 7i 15 should be very fast opening web pages with its Intel WiFi-6 2 x 2 802.11ax frequency WiFi capability. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

There is only one charging port on this laptop that can be used to charge the computer. There is an electric plug icon next to this port. With the laptop completely powered off, plug your included AC adapter/charger into a wall socket. Now plug the device side into the proper charging port on the computer. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 7i-15, model number 82BJ0001US. First, be sure your computer is plugged in or that the battery has more than a 10-Percent charge available. Be sure you are using the right Thunderbolt port to charge the computer. There is only one Thunderbolt that can charge the computer. It is on the left side of the computer and has an electric plug icon right next to the Thunderbolt icon. Use this port only to charge the computer. If the computer is plugged in to the right charging port and/or the battery has a charge greater than 10-Percent available and the issue still occurs, resetting your computer back to original factory settings may fix the issue you describe. Since you cannot boot the computer, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. After an inhome installation I had to return to the store to have Lenova fixed. It seems that google crashed and they put in Microsoft product. That was unsuccessful and upon another return to the store another representative installed the google system. It worked however, another visit was necessary to remove tape to use the camera. This was overlooked after several geeks worked on the product. It still has one more glitch which I do not have the time or the energy to deal with the best buy system right now. I would not buy this again.
