I am a senior that is technology challenged, and I have found this computer to be easy to use and certainly accommodates my needs. I have had this computer for 1 month and am very happy so far. The touchscreen has been a great feature that has made my computer easier to use.

The speed is good for our purposes and we love the touchscreen option versus using the pad. Very convenient for on the go. We uploaded our many pictures from our trips on the computer and it handled it like a champ. The display is also very clear.

Nice convertible laptop

I do like the fact of it being a 2n1 convertible laptop. The touchscreen is def a must have feature. The picture quality, to me, is spot on. Battery life is great. Not a lot of use so far but I leave it running most times and today is the 1st day, outside of the initial charge, that I've had to charge it.

This is my first Lenovo, i owned a Dell prior to this.i had my Dell for a out 10 years. Didn't use it much in the end because I had a tablet but it was past due for a new computer. This tablet has a great screen it's vivid it's colorful it's fast. I hope 8 continue to remain this happy. Owned it about a month

Love the touch screen feature. Good size and lightweight. I only wish Lenovo would place the touchpad more to the center or right side, the touchpad is too far to the left considering that most people use their right hand for the touchpad. Love the color, too. It was a good price also.

The keyboard can be lighted for low-light operation, and the lighting levels can be turned off to save on battery life. It charges quickly and has excellent battery life. The laptop runs much cooler than the previous one did.

It takes some getting used to if you haven't used a computer or laptop in awhile and of course it took awhile for all the updates to download. I recommend after u sign in and go threw all the prompts do a system update if u have problems using the laptop.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 7i-15. It is important to regularly check for updates to the Operating System software on your new computer. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.
