Lightweight, super happy with battery life, the ability to have as many open programs/apps as I do. (Seriously, @adobe, please make your programs less memory hoggish.) Quick start-up, and no-sluggish behavior. I think I will stick with Lenovos going forward. I guess I haven't paid attention to laptops not having DVD drives anymore, that would be the only drawback.

Good student laptop

Good mix of size, power and portability. Fits in student back pack and has enough processing power and HDD space for today’s college campus. One interesting thing is the actual finish of the plastic. Some new laptops do not resist skin oils well, this laptop and mousepad do not seem to be marred by fingerprints or skin oil
