My only complaint is we had to call Geek Squad twice. Once to get the product key code to access word 360. Why wasn’t that sent in a email?? Second trouble installing existing printer. After about 25 mins of trouble shooting we got disconnected. No call back from geek squad. Wasn’t going to call back and start all over again. Still don’t have printer connection.

I absolutely cannot go without one for my job for any time frame, or I would have returned it for something else. I'm not sure if the issues are specifically related to the laptop itself or to Windows, but I constantly have video problems, audio problems, and microphone problems. There are several other issues, but those have been the biggest ones. I literally spent hours on hold with Windows already. They informed me it was a Lenovo issue, but I'm not entirely positive that they just didn't want the blame. The touch screen works well. The computer turns on fast and loads things quickly. The keyboard has been a little strange to get used to but is good overall. I'm happy with the setup of the laptop, but the technical issues I'm having are enough to make me hate this computer and regret purchasing it. I had an older version of the Yoga previously and based on the issues I've had with both, I will not repurchase a Yoga again in the future.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 7i 15 model number 82BJ007TUS. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care at: 888-278-9707.

Very easy installation, fast, easy to find computer settings, it is great all around. I use it for work, school, and browsing. If I wanted to I could watch movies and set the computer upright from its flexible positioning. I highly recommend it. I will only by Lenovo from here on out.

Our last one couldn't keep up any more so wasn't looking forward to finding a new computer since Gateway isn't in business anymore. The Lenovo-Yoga was a nice surprise. It was one of the cheapest computers but not cheap at all in how it performs. I only use the Internet and the Word program so it's perfect.

Great Laptop for everything on a day to day basis.

Does have USB-C charger which is an additional plus, Just wish it came with a slightly bigger SSD drive, would have been perfect.
