Loved this computer! This has been so easy to use and works so fast!

The sales rep was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable on the systems and software. He was able to listen effectively to my business needs and provide adequate solutions. His service was supreme. I love the speed of this laptop. It is fast, and I had no issues when I connected external components to it.

So far so good. I'm on my laptop every night. I have tons of pics saved, music, doc's, etc and it's still performing like it's brand new. I've only owned Dell laptops but when I saw that Lenovo had a backlit keyboard and touch screen and the price was right, I figured why not and I'm not disappointed.

Overall pretty good laptop for the money, disappointed that the RAM is soldered in so you're stuck with the spec it comes with. The keyboard feels really nice as well as the chassis and the flat folding screen is a nice touch. The bottom edge where your palm rests from the keyboard is a little sharp, but it isn't unbearable. I don't use mine as a workhorse or anything, but don't expect that from an i5.

It's a good machine. Keyboard is okay as compared to ThinkPad series. The battery is fine, one time charge can give you nearly 6-7 hours of use. I like the build quality, screen, and finger print option. Good for everyday use but not designed for heavy work like CAD, dealing with large document files and data files, and video editing work.

I needed to upgrade my home computer and printer. I hadn't settled on any particular brand but I was directed to several laptops and the sales person was very helpful in explaining the various models. I also purchased a new printer that will fulfill all my needs. I am still learning but I am confident that I can learn with the help of the Geek Squad

i am in love this laptop. i feel like it is the best choice under 700USD. The screen is very crisp and clear holds lots of brightness in any condition. The sound is impressive. It comes with Dolby Atmos. The only down side is that the RAM is soldered and cannot be extended. The finger print reader and the foldable version like tablet is a steal grab.

So far I’m loving this laptop. I don’t have to wait it powers on quickly and it’s very quiet.

Wow, I'm completely blown away by this Laptop. This has been my first laptop purchase in years and my first mid-range laptop purchase as well (a step up from the stuff HP has been putting out over the last decade. Pros: Runs productivity programs smoothly and quickly (it's job) Solid build quality (doesn't feel like it is a plastic trinket that will break when lifted with one hand). Light!!! Nice touchscreen responsiveness Not preloaded with tons of bloatware Has a working fingerprint sensor for security access Cons: The keyboard is a bit awkward when folding into tablet mode On/Off button could use a different placement Bulky when trying to use in tablet mode, the screen is ENORMOUS!!! Other notes: I got it on sale, so the value was high, but otherwise, it is a big price step up from entry-level laptops out there for only a few hundred dollars more. If this device makes it past the 5-year mark, I'll be exceedingly pleased. I've had it for nearly 2 months and anything that would be a bad sign should have shown up already. As to the long-term quality of the touchscreen, we will all have to see about that. As it is, I very much enjoy this machine and I have no regrets buying it or recommending it to others.
