I've had no problems with this laptop and I enjoy it's physical design.

Great laptop, but the keyboard is way too sensitive.

So far, so good! I’ve owned this machine for about a month now and haven’t had any issues. The case is quite solid and the processing power is pretty good. I love that it’s touchscreen, transforms into a tablet and has fingerprint authentication!

Nice fast well built laptop. If you want to bypass adding a Microsoft account at startup, just don't enable the wifi or internet access so you can bypass that step.

Old HP was falling apart and have only been using less than a week but so far, so great. Not a gamer; mainly use pc for mail, excel, word & searching and it is very fast. Good wifi connection where previous machine got dropped regularly but, again, have not done many Zoom calls yet.

My 7 year old has been using this for the past 3 weeks for online school and we are very happy with it so far. The backlit keyboard was a huge selling feature. The touchscreen is a great option but I try to keep his fingers off the screen for obvious reasons

This is perfect for what my wife and I need for home usage. It has everything we need to do our personal stuff. Lightweight and easily transfers from one place to another. The screen is smaller then our last laptop but we have seen no real issue.

Perfect for email and internet. Easy to set up, good connectivity, and really nice screen for pictures and videos good sound quality for the price. This is my husband’s first laptop and it was a good choice for basic use, he really likes the touch screen and back lit keyboard as well. The larger screen size and download speed are great.

Works great and is very fast. Just had one issue right after I got it. The laptop ran updates and got stuck and never completed the updates. I had to completely reboot the computer as if I hadn't used it and lost all of my personal files, apps, and content.

I like everything about this laptop. It looks nice and it perform excellent. Never had any issues with it. So far it has been the best laptop I have ever owned.

Fast! Bought to replace aging Microsoft Surface Tablet. Had previous experience at work with Lenovo laptops. Good quality and reliable. I think we had one hardware failure in the 7-8 years we used them. This one for Home should be just as good.

This laptop is very excellent in performance. The 11th Gen i5 gives great performance for me when playing Roblox on high settings and the graphics were great. I couldn’t believe the the Intel Iris XE Graphics we’re that solid. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get into the Gaming world.

This is a nice laptop. The screen is bright and the touch is responsive. Originally had bought a 17.3 inch touchscreen but it was a little too big and heavy. This fit the bill nicely and has a good bike quality.

Overall, this is a good and reliable computer. It has great speed and features. Although I bought this computer 5 months, I started to hear a ticking sound which I believe me be coming from a failing fan, so maybe the construction material of this computer aren’t of top notch quality.

Love this laptop. First time buying this brand and enjoying already. Easy to set up and use, convenient unlocking option by finger print option. Perfect size and good for using in dark areas with the light up keyboard. Definitely recommend.

Got this computer for my daughter for remote learning. She is a junior. She full says this laptop far exceeds her expectations. She loves the touch screen and the flip over screen design. Highly recommended.

I got this laptop for school and have been very impressed with it so far. The screen is very bright and resilient and the processor is able to run multiple programs without a hiccup. I was used to a mac prior to this computer but I am really enjoying this laptop.

So far I am pleased with this laptop. Very responsive. Screen quality bright and sharp, very happy with this. I wish it had a bigger SSD, 256 is pretty small. Build quality is quite good. My first Lenovo.
