Great for everyday task i would not recommend this as a gaming laptop. This would be a great laptop for school. The laptop has a nice touchscreen. I purchased this for my wife and she is very happy with it.

Backlit keyboard is great, be aware it does take time to get used to the size of the keys. They squeezed numlock pad into 15 inch laptop, so keys are smaller and narrower.

The performance is very good and very fast, the keyboard layout is very easy to use and fits my fingers well - I especially like the fingerprint login.

This laptop was purchased to perform business related tasks and does so flawlessly. Also works well as a giant tablet as screen completely wraps around and is touch controlled.

It was easy to set up and I have used it for several weeks and I am very impressed. Used mostly for email and search purposes so far and also for zoom meetings. Great camera with good clarity and I love the fingerprint sign in security feature that gets me going very quickly. All in all I would buy this product again and I recommend it to others. Looking forward to doing my taxes on it in the very near future.

I've had it for a few months now and it has served its purpose well. I was hesitant to get a Lenovo at first because I was more familiar with Dell and HP. Now, I love it. The laptop is pretty durable. The functionality is great. I use it for school and other personal reasons and the storage is perfect. There are two great features that are small, but I love them. The laptop comes with a built-in camera blocker, which is nice, and the keyboard has three different options for lighting. There are strong, dim, and off options. I've always wanted a light-up keyboard and I didn't even know that this laptop featured one until I got it. This laptop has functioned great and the charging cable is sturdy, which my previous laptop lacked. This is great for the price!

I really like my Lenovo! It works well for everything I needed it for, I dont use the "Yoga" feature much unless I'm watching a show but it is nice for streaming!

The speed and everything is good as long as you are on a internet connection. Battery life is good unless you plan on using it all day. Good for college students

If you are getting slower than expecting off line performance, Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. Additionally, this model ships with a Integrated 71Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this configuration, has a battery life of up to 16 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. This was a fantastic value. Lenovo (originally an IBM design, per the Best Buy sales rep.) makes excellent quality laptops, and this one is packed with features for the price. Love the fingerprint login feature, and this one starts fast. Very quiet with the solid state drive. Lenovo provides a migration program that can be installed on your old computer and is already on this one. Data can be migrated from your old computer to this one wirelessly and quickly. Very helpful! Only negative I can think of is the hard drive is a bit small, wish it were 512GB, but I should be able to manage with this size if I'm somewhat vigilant down the road.
