Purchase and geek squad appointment

Service person who checked in my old computer was noticeably irritated with me and my questions. Then making an appointment for Geek Squad was a big hassle because I didn’t have their number and no one fad given it to me. After sitting on hold when calling the store for almost an hour I finally hung up and went into the store just wanting to get my computer and the new one I had purchased there was no one at the counter at geek squad and Was taken care of right away. But they didn’t have the new computer and took awhile when I went to wherever I was directed and with a manager to locate it. Young man who gave me a tutorial on windows 10 was nice when I came back but I felt it was not enough time spent now I’m at home trying things on my own. I don’t know that I’d go back again based on this experience not just with this purchase but a few times in the past. I did not grow up with computers and when I finally started using it was on a Doss system. It takes a while for old brains process all this stuff. Your staff should not assume that everyone is alike and has whatever level of computer experience. My review deals with your service level not the product. So far am very happy with the product.
