Beware of the loud WHIRRING sound

So, I say it, don't ignore critical reviews When I got it, the Machine ran smoothly. Then one after another issues came. There is this LOUD Whirring sound that keeps sounding randomly everytime. No Applications open, and so I researched online. There was a suggestion: to change the UEFI for quieter settings. But sadly that didn't help. Unfortunately, That problem didn't get noticed within the return window. Now I am stuck with a noisy Laptop. Hopefully Best buy can help me to exchange with another laptop, hopefully.

You can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan and system by undervolting the processor. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Premium Care at: 888-278-9707.

However, there is a big difference between a Gift Certificate and BestBuy Rewards. Educate your employees that when asking customers to open a charge account they will receive a Gift Certificate. We received a Rewards Certificate which is a big difference as Rewards does not save any balance like that of a Gift certificate. We received a Rewards.
