Even though the time was short I definitely would recommended anyone to get this laptop. I’m hoping BestBuy will have mercy on me and send out a replacement. I really loved this laptop.

Expected exponentially more speed and storage with this 11th gen I5 chip than from previous computer as expressed by staff but this is not the case. Also, should have gotten a minimum of 12GB memory and 512GB SSD. Not a bad computer, just not overly happy with it.
