We've had our last one (hp) over 10 years. So happy to finally be up to date. Sceptical of a new brand for us setting up and settling in was so easy I keep checking to see if I missed something but it seems to be all good so far. I hope this one will last as long as if not longer than the last one.

I picked this model because of the numeric keypad on the right as I do a lot of financial work and I like that feature. Overall, it is bigger and heavier than I really wanted but turned out to be my best option

To learn your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

When the customer representative told me how much it cost, I could not believe it! The price was much, much lower than what I expected. Data transfer from my old laptop was done right there at Best Buy by the Geek Squad. They did an excellent job! I am a very happy customer!!

Dont know how to take care of that...Otherwise I love this item a lot...

This mode ships with a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software installed. It will activate automatically with the initial activation of Windows and protect your computer for the 30-day trial period. You do not need to use McAfee VPS. You can uninstall McAfee and use the free Windows Defender VPS that comes with Windows or you can uninstall McAfee and then install your choice of any compatible 3rd party VPS. The key is to uninstall McAfee if you will not be using it, as there can only be one active VPS on the computer at a time. Regarding the setup of your web-based email service, we recommend you check the website of your web-based email provider for setup instructions for the version of Windows you have on your Yoga 7i 15.

Smooth Introduction and Use

The setup was very easy, and I appreciate the guidance automatically offered. I am mostly using this laptop to work with Cricut Design Space, and the use has been very smooth. I really like that the keyboard has a number keypad on it as well.
