The teram member that helped me found that there was a differant price on the charger. Best Buy honored that lower price. This product is great and staff were great to deal with.

Kelly helped me navigate and find the right products. The Geek Squad did a fantastic job bringing the products upstairs and removing the old ones as well. Great customer service and happy with the products.

Disappointed

This one lasted about 1.5 yrs and the monitor quit working. (I have 1 that's 8yrs old and still working) It's very faint but you really can't see it unless you angle the computer just right and it's dark in the room. The letter "W" is broken and the battery doesn't hold a charge. I've always had good luck with Lenovos but this one was a dud and I'm disappointed.

No regrets on this PC purchase

So far, so good and I've not experienced any issues. I do with there was an HDMI port built in, but an adapter works fine. Overall score: 4.5 Stars

About a week into using it, it quit working. Apparently it had a virus protector, Mcafee on it.it had not been compatible with something I put on. Once it was gone, no problems!!

To avoid any conflicts with other virus protection software you may use, uninstall McAfee before installing another virus protection software. I love the backlit keyboard. This computer is also Alexa enabled and as I have a lot of Echo devices this is something I was looking for. It went on sale after my purchase. I was also pleased with the price.
