Amazing laptop with high end feel. My only downside is the speakers are not loud AT ALL, in fact my cellphone has louder sound coming from it. But aside from that this has been an awesome upgrade with more then enough specs and functionality for student work and light programming.

This is a great laptop. It's 2 in 1 and can be used as a tablet easily. I loved the specs, 11th gen core i5, 8 Gb RAM and 256 GB storage with full HD display. I recommend this if you're looking for a laptop for your college work or just for home use.

So far so good. Easy setup and the touch screen is nice.

I purchased this Computer for a new employee at our office. We needed it to have specific stats and this computer fit the bill. The employee who helped us was able to recommend several computers by the stats we gave him. So far it has been perfect!

The battery life is amazing, no issues. Speed has been good.

The title says it all. I got this NEW laptop on 12/26 at 8:00 PM. At 6:30 PM on 12/27 (last night), I ran the required updates for the computer and since then, the screen has been black. I've held down the button for 30 seconds for a hard restart and, while the Lenovo logo appears for 5 seconds, the screen goes back to black. Absolutely ridiculous for a new 1-day-old computer. I will be returning. Only reason I'm giving this laptop two stars is because of the sleekness of the design.

Bought this Lenovo laptop to replace the one I had bought 17 days earlier which packed up and Best Buy only warranties for 14 days. Said I needed to send it back to Lenovo for repairs and would have left my without a computer. I also bought the Geek Squad warranty plan with this one

I have only had for a few weeks but I like it so far. Have a similar computer at work and I like thenLenovo brand. Best Buy staff also agreed Lenovo has best value for the price compared to other competitor brands

So far no issues. Great display and touch screen interface.

Love it and the keyboard takes some getting use to but still love it

I went to Best Buy to get my Macbook Pro fixed. Someone at Geek Squad happily assisted me and gave me a breakdown of my options. I decided purchasing a new computer would be my best option. I am happy with this purchase as the team kindly offered me extra savings for being a student.

this is very good computer with lots of added functions, the geek squad was very helpful is setting up my new computer, best buy was very helpful make sure i had the correct protection to keep my computer helpful, the associates i worked with were very helpful in selecting the right computer for my needs, thank you for all you assistance

This computer is more than just a laptop. It is a phenomenal tool for use with writing, streaming, and editing. The fact that it can double as a tablet is amazing. A digital keyboard pops up on screen for use when flipped all the way over.

We really have not had sufficient time to complete an accurate review but on the initial blush, the laptop appears as though it will meet all our needs for a secondary system. We reviewed the available in Best Buy - Ocala at the time and thought this unit would best accommodate our needs for the cost.

Good purchase. Same brand used as work Lot faster than older Dell

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Does a lot of work from home and couldn't be happier. She loves that it can turn into a giant tablet for our little one when needed. Definitely recommend for anybody looking at a 2 in 1 laptop.

Needed a new laptop but didn’t want an expensive, too many add-one variety but must have 10-key numeric pad. I did not know Lenovo made laptops since ThinkPad was around which was “clunky”. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this unit.
