It has a lot of new features I have to get used to. My son recommended this brand. Since he was the owner of an internet company I feel he certainly knows more about computers than I do. The heart of the Yoga 7i-15 though is the Windows 10 Operating System. To learn your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

The price was reasonable and the computer is great. The 4 stars not 5 is because it took 10 days to secure the computer and have Geek Squad install some minor programs

Then loaded Windows 11 and it froze up. Returned for the same one and loaded itunes and I lost all memory (256 mb). Returned again, exchanged for 512 mB. So far, so good!

I don't use numbers that much so it is sort of wasted space for me. I would rather have a larger expanse of alphabet and reach upward for the numbers. Other than that, it serves my purpose.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues charging your Lenovo Yoga 7i 15. First, try plugging in the included 65W USB-C (3-pin) AC adapter/charger, supports PD 3.0, 100-240V, 50-60Hz into the charging port on the left side of the laptop, with the electric plug icon next to it. There is an LED power light next to the electric plug icon that will light up when the AC adapter/charger is plugged in an charging the computer. If the LED does not light up, the issue is most likely with the AC adapter/charger itself. Here is a link to a compatible replacement 65W USB-c AC adapter/Charger: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-power-adapter-for-tablet-10-thinkpad-11-11e-chromebook-thinkpad-13-13-chromebook-thinkpad-a275-a475-and-a485-black/5969705.p?skuId=5969705. If the LED light does turn on when you plug the Yoga 7i 15 in, while the computer is charging, move your cursor over the Battery Icon at the bottom right of your Windows Desktop Screen. You will see a pop-up window that will tell you the status of the battery. If the battery level is above 50 Percent, unplug the charger and let the battery level drop below 50 Percent, then plug the charger back in. The Yoga 7i 15 will now charge back to 100 Percent. If the issue continues after letting the battery level drop below 50 Percent, we recommend you make an appointment with your local Best Buy Store Geek Squad and have the Geek Squad Agents assess the problem further.

It is relatively compact for a laptop and quite easy to use. I love the fingerprint unlock option. It makes the laptop extremely fast to get back into.
