No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors.

The keyboard lights up and it has an i5 processor the reason I got it and it was the best price for an i5. I wish the hard drive was bigger other than that I love it.

Small but Stout

The only drawback is that I think it's a bit heave for its size. It's almost as heave as my really old laptop but is smaller. side from that, it is wonderful!

The touchpad on this laptop is centered under the QWERTY keys, so that when the typist's hands are in the Home Position on the keyboard, the touchpad is centered directly under the typist's hands for easy access.
