No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that the screen image you are viewing on your Lenovo Yoga 7i-15 is not up to the full specification of this model's 15.6-Inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS - FHD (1920x1080) screen, with a brightness level of 250 nits, a Glossy finish. This screen will provide 45-Percent of the NTSC color gamut. The dull image you describe may be due to Auto-Brightness being turned on. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Auto-Brightness within Windows 10: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/70157-enable-disable-adaptive-brightness-windows-10-a.html. Once you have Auto-Brightness turned off you can now manually adjust the screen image to your preferences: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-display-settings-in-windows-10-37f0e05e-98a9-474c-317a-e85422daa8bb.
