First-rate materials, SSD speed and efficiency, multiple USB-C ports, and better than average integrated graphics really made this a good value. She doesn’t know yet, but I picked up this laptop to for my daughter who starts high school in the fall. As I did for my son a few years ago, I found a laptop with enough horsepower to run some games, but no so much that games will be a distraction. I have no doubts this laptop will last her through high school and even into college. My one nit to pick, the 8 GB RAM is soldered to the motherboard, and there’s no slots to add more. That’s it. Otherwise a perfect laptop.

I had intended to get a machine with more features (sdCard reader, DVD, and ethernet port), but decided I could do everything I needed through the USB port instead. I will have to buy an exterternal DVD/USB device someday, but they are cheap. I have had the 15.6" Lenovo Yoga for a couple weeks and it is working well. The finger print reader is a nice feature it boots up very quickly. The touch screen works OK, but I use it more like my old laptop and use the touch pad, rather than the screen. Nice machine, and about half the price I was planning on spending. The battery life is very good so far and lasts several (5-6) hours surfing the web.

I am a multi gadget kind of gal so I love the fact that I can fold this and make it work as a tablet with touch screen or have it the regular way as a laptop. The speed is great and I haven’t had any issues so far. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks (I did an exchange for the same exact laptop so I could add warranty). Will update the more I used it.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Originally I was going to purchase a traditional laptop, but when I explained what I was looking to do with the laptop, the associate showed me a 2-in-1 laptop and I was sold! It is well made with sturdy metal hinges that allows the laptop to be used as a tablet. I love the touchscreen feature! It performs as expected - it was very to set up and transfer my existing Microsoft Office subscription to the laptop. I appreciate that there's a privacy shutter for the built-in webcam. The webcam was a bit grainy when using for Zoom. Other than that, it's a really great machine.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 7i-15, model number 82BJ0001US. This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter and Dual Array Microphones built in. If the webcam is producing lower than expected quality video, first record a video using your built in webcam to see if the issue is camera based or APP based. Here is a link to instructions for making a video using your webcam: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-the-camera-in-windows-10-8da044ed-c4a8-2fb4-da51-232362e4126d. If the quality of video improves, then check the settings within the video conferencing APP you are using. If the quality of the video stays the same, then be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. Then update all of the BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.
