Disappointed - Computer Freezes

For the response Lenovo is about to send: 1. This is out of the box, no other software was added 2. Unit freezes randomly, unless you are actively using it You would think with such a wide spread issue, there would be an update to resolve it.......waiting

Powerful computer at a good price.

Graphics are clear and smooth. Audio is good, but speakers are not quite as clear as I had hoped for. The unit runs a bit hot. All in all, a great computer for the money.

You can adjust the clarity of your audio with the included Dolby Atmos Speaker System App. To turn on this feature please type "Dolby Atmos Speaker System into the Windows 10 Cortana Search Bar. Open the App. Turn on the power button at the top of the screen, and select a sound profile you prefer. You have now unlocked the full potential of your Dolby Atmos Surround Sound speaker bar. You can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan performance: (Fn + Q ) option to change the fan. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Very Good Laptop

However; Best Buy did an amazing job of making it right for me and gave me a brand new one instead. This laptop is really good. I wish I could see the screen better outside on bright sunny days but that's a problem most laptops have. Overall Extremely happy with the laptop and Best Buys Customer service after I experienced a problem.

Pick up service was a little bit confusing, and I had to go into the store to get the computer.
