Even though I do not use it as a tablet much, its nice to pick it up and read on it every now and then. the 16gb of memory and to 500gb hard drive is rock solid.

The laptop I purchased was an open item but it was in MINT condition. A few finger prints but nothing much beyond that so I bought it. However, when I got home and plugged it in, I found out that they never removed the former owners account. Which is a huge inconvenience to me, and a safety issue for Miss Bibby (whoever she is), as I sit on hold for over 20 minutes without a human voice. Seeing if there is anything that can be done to fix it. Plus side: the screen quality is great on the log in screen. Will update if I get help to rectify this issue. Heres to hoping I don't need to drive the 45 minutes to go back to the store...

I got a little nervous when lines started flashing randomly across the top of the screen. There may have been a simple fix for it; tried to find one in the forums. In the end, for the money I didn't want to have any doubles in the future of my purchase, so I returned.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14. Lines appearing on the device screen can be software-based. First, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If there is no incompatible software installed and the issue continues, resetting the computer back to original factory settings may clear the problem.
