Good general use laptop

Be prepared to buy an adapter if you need HDMI or any other connection to a monitor if you aren't using USB-C. I wish you could get more than 16GB of RAM.

Lenovo doesn't disappoint

She absolutely loves this brand computer. I haven't heard any complaints from her about it.

Sometimes the keyboard on my Lenovo Yoga is not as responsive as you might expect, the same goes for the touch screen. The system freezes upon start up at times. This is a replacement for my last Yoga. upgraded model due to my model not being available.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 9i 15. This high performance configuration should not lag or freeze. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care at: 888-278-9707.
Very powerful and capable but bloatware is absurd

It supposed to be fast but when I started watching Netflix, I couldn't even watch it because it was slow. It wasn't the internet connection because I went to my MacBook and didn't have any problems on it. Another small thing, I can't even find keyboard cover or screen protector for this laptop. And I don't like the mouse pad build in. It's hard to move the cursor. Like I said I prefer my MacBook Pro than this laptop. I wouldn't recommend it.

The processing, speed, and battery life are also good.

Powerful laptop

It's always plugged in so can't speak about the battery life. This is an impressive little machine. Bought it because it has a dedicated graphics card for gaming and professional video and motion graphics work.

It has not been a long time since I got it, but so far it has been a great upgrade for me. I love the graphics interface and that there is a stylus attached to the laptop.
