Plus the fact the geek squad reps that are hired, are rude & obnoxious especially to ppls older & wiser than they r. They may have book smarts but they don't have street smarts nor as much worldly experience as someone whom has been through alot, ill leave it @ that. There (so-called millinial) experiences which is very little i might add is entirely different compared to someone else's which they don't get in there close minded brains, I do understand the Ram doesn't control how fast the speed of the processor moves however it does help a lot. & 16 isn't alot especially when 8 of it is being used by pre-installed stuff.
