With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

This looks like a fan makes super loud noise that I have to wear my earbuds. I spoke to help desk support and they mentioned I have to ship the laptop for repairs which will take up to 10 business days. I asked them for loaner since this is obviously manufacturing issue, but they said no such option is available.

You can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan and system performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan by undervolting the processor. Lenovo reliability is a thing of the past

Multiple instances of hardware issues. Computer would not turn off and would overheat (had to pull the battery), keyboard issues where keys got stuck. We take good care of our gear but right after the 12 month warranty expired, it crapped out. Junk. Not much Geek Squad can do other than send it back. I always splurge for the nicely spec'd piece of e-waste
