This computer can continue running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

I love how user friendly the Lenovo and the fact that it is a touch screen. Still I am not overly crazy about the Windows 10 set up.

Be advised, however, that there is only one USB-A port on it. There are two USB-C ports- one you need to use for the power cord. Other than that limitation, it's a great laptop!

Thin, light, with lots of processing power makes the Mrs very happy. The most innovative feature is the integrated camera cover - that was a definite plus.

Its has speakers on top to the left and right of the keyboard and to my knowledge no other 14 2 in 1 has them like this. They are loud and clear sounding The weight feels light and the entire build is excellent. The display is on the warmer side if that makes difference to you. I had it side to side on the same video as my HP and it noticeably warmer in tones. But that's not a bad thing its still an great display, 4k to 8k videos on this play outstanding. I did not get this on sale and still feel I got a good value out there.

The build quality is solid and the hinges are sturdy and seem like they will last until upgrade in a few years. The tech specs speak for them selves. It’s a power house and has served me well in not business and personal use. I use it for work running simple queries in our databases and creating presentations. I don’t have to do a lot of heavy lifting with it work but I can have as many applications as I need open on regular basis and it never slows down. At home it’s fun and functional. I do all of my house hold shopping, budgeting and use it for streaming entertainment with ease. It’s probably more power than your average user needs but I like the confidence knowing that I have enough power to not work about having a ton of applications open at once, especially when I’m working.

Gets a little hot, but the processor stays cool enough not to worry me. I wish it had two standard USB ports, and one side has no ports at all, so seems like it could have had at least one more USB-C port. Enough memory and CPU to handle everything I throw at it, and even some light gaming. It's a little too sleek and lightweight for my preference, seeing as how I don't travel any more, but it is most definitely easily portable and has good battery life. If I buy another laptop in the near future, I'll likely stick with Lenovo, but will probably pay more attention to their gaming focused machines.
