At first it was a bit of change since I have been used to my Mac for about 5yrs. Saw this computer online and instore and was second guessing if to purchase or not. Decided to purchase at a great discounted price. I can truly say this is a great computer. Very fast love the fingerprint option to unlock computer. Quality is amazing. Love everything about it.

All the boxes were checked (and then some): SSD, touchscreen, converts to a tablet, USB-C charging. Since there is no disc player and no spinning hard drive, it should run nice and quiet. This has been a great laptop.... ...until about a 9 months into owning it. Unfortunately, the fan sounds like it is ready to fail. It sounds like a CD ROM with an alignment and balance problem. I would take it in to Best Buy for service, but she now needs it for work every day and she has no down time coming that we can send it in. Until our shipment arrives and I can get her old desktop set up and running again, this will have to wait. Suggestion to manufacturers: if you are building a SSD system, you can't go cheap on your fans.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

The picture is clear and bright. It is very responsive and fast. It can handle a lot of tasks at once. The outer case seems durable. I use it for business and personal needs and do not have any complaints. I am not a gamer, so I can't speak about that. Initially, I bought as a gift for my son but I fell in love with his and bought one of my own. Highly recommend!

It's fast, very solidly built, has an amazing HDR touchscreen and is way more useful than for just teleworking. I highly recommend it .

Huge screen and turns into a tablet. Unfortunately no CD/DVD player but easily solved. We bought the GeekSquad protection plan and haven't needed it yet. Runs the latest games nearly effortlessly and has been a boon to her during her remote schooling.

Allows me to go back and forth between applications easy. Also fits perfectly into a medium messenger bag to carry around. Camera takes great pictures too! I'm still exploring it's functionality and getting use to using a laptop as opposed to a desktop. Otherwise, it's working well for my family and I so far.
