Q: Can Alexa be disabled easily on this laptop? I do not want this feature.
A: As far as I can tell Alexa is not activated on the laptop. At least not mine.
Q: I can not find my key board light
A: Hold down the Fn key then tap the spacebar to toggle on/off the backlighting on the keyboard.
A: There is one USB-c 3.1 port with video out capability. You can connect one external monitor to this laptop. If you need to connect an HDMI monitor, you can use a USB-c to HDMI adapter to do this. This would also work for an HDMI TV as well. There are two standard USB ports on this model. Whether you can connect a GoPro camera to this computer will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the camera. We recommend you check with the manufacturer of the camera for requirements and compatibility with Windows 10 and this computer's specific configuration.
A: There are different configurations available. Model number 81TD0003US is the 250 nits brightness model. Model number 81TD0005US is the 500 nits configuration.
Q: Does this have a media card reader?
A: No. This model does not have a SD card reader.
A: Most of the push buttons for Microsoft are on the device already. However, you'll have to either purchase it as a package deal, purchase it separately, or use it for free on the Microsoft website. I've purchased 2 computers within a year, a desktop and laptop, and neither of them come with the hardware already installed. I think the makers of the software have turned it into a yearly subscription, instead of the one time payment and install that it used to be. They do have one available that's a one time payment, but it is very expensive and it doesn't come with all the programs that the subscription packages have.
