Bought these for a high-end rental. They are ecstatic over how quiet these machines are and how well they clean! I am so happy that they feel they are being treated with kid gloves in my condo! Also, the steam is a feature that provides an over-the-top asset when you don't own an iron! I think that is right up there with the top of the line machines.......!

I needed a smaller size washer and this one fit my needs. It effectively cleans my clothes using less water and wear and tear on the clothing. It is also easy to operate.

I am enjoying my new front load washer. I have never had a Front load washer before. It seems to take a little longer to wash than my old washer but the clothes come out clean and smelling good. I just wash the hand wash only item in the wash machine and it came out very nice. I’ve use both there liquid detergent and the cubes and they both work really nicely in the washer.

While fitting in the limited space a motorhome provides, this washer offers a larger lod capacity than the one we removed

Fits nicely in small spaces, purchased for apartment closet hook up. Cleans clothes well. Best Buy delivery was cancelled the day of delivery and rescheduled. Second attempt they installed the washer and dryer, but did not use the stack mounting brackets. The dryer would shift when the washer ran the spin cycle. Luckily the closet did not allow it to fall completely off. Best Buys 3rd attempt to fix issue was a no show. 4th attempt they got it corrected.

I purchased this 24" LG washer along with the matching heat pump dryer. So far I have used it only twice, but my experience so far has been positive.
As for washing, it works like our other Maytag front load washer. It fairly quietly does its thing. I have not experienced washing heavily soiled loads, so can't speak to wash quality, but works nicely, is easy to use and can be set up to notify you when the load is finished...
I like:
- Endless control of settings.
- It is heavy, so seems sturdy.
- There are endless settings available.
- It is fairly quiet except at one point in the spin cycle when it is ramping up speed that there is a whine that seems to be generated at a certain resonance frequency. After the speed increases some more, the whine stops. I haven't done enough loads to know if this is an issue with all load sizes.
- Spin speed is impressive. On the 'High' spin cycle, the FULLY loaded LG washer finished the load with clothes drier than our front loading Maytag.
- Wash time was compatible with our full sized Maytag washer with load sizes adjusted to the different sizes of the machines. Both drums were filled nearly to the top.
Recommendation: The front loading door only opens from the right. It isn't adjustable. (I am not sure if all washers have doors that can't be reversed. Our Maytag also opens on the right and cannot be changed.)
Value: I was able to purchase it for a couple pennies under $800. At that price I would consider it a good value. At the normal $1200 price, the value section would have only gotten three stars.
Hope: I hope it keeps working well for years to come.

So far, so good. It works well although I have not tried every feature. It works as expected and it is relatively quiet. In my experience, it’s hard to provide a complete review without a longer experience with the product. No one ever seems to ask you to write a review 2 or 3 years after purchase but for now I’m happy with this washer.

Love my new washer. Perfect for a small living area. Clothes are very clean. Uses a very small amount of water. We are very pleased with our purchase. The sales associates at Best Buy were extremely helpful.

I replaced a GE unit of similar size and was pleasantly surprized how quiet it was plus it was shorter in axial length making it a much better fir in the closet.

This washer is small and compact, but it still had room for a queen-size comforter (I wouldn't go any more than that though). It's quiet, efficient and a great value for the money.
We've had it just over a month with outstanding performance and would highly recommend it!

This LG washer has performed very well over the first month that i've owned it. Clothes come out well cleaned, the operation / preset settings are very user-friendly, and the wifi interface w/ the LG app is very handy. So far so good -> no complaints.

At first I was a little nervous having a smaller washer than the average size, it was kind of thrust upon me since my apartment's spot for a washer and dryer is very small. With all that being said, it does exactly what I need it to do with no compromises. My clothes are always washed and do not need any extra time and having an app to let me know when the washer is done or if there are any issues is a convince I didn't know I needed until now. Also, shout out to Joe for assisting me on multiple occasions to get this washer and it's compatible dryer when I came in multiple times to order one.

This is an excellent option for people with very limited space, particularly limited depth. I couldn’t find any washer of this quality that was currently available, affordable, and met my depth requirements. (And I think it’s actually an inch or more deeper than the specs say.)
A lot of reviews mention the noise and or/vibrations. Sometimes it is noisy and there are vibrations, depending on the load and cycle. I live in a small, older apartment building and I can hear/feel when neighbors are running their own machines, and this one is far from the worst offender. The machine also seems to have a built-in sensor so it knows when it’s off-balance, and it will try to turn the drum a bit to readjust. What’s weird if that if you add a rinse cycle after a completed cycle, the drum seems to spin much smoother.
Also, use soap sparingly. This is a smaller than average washer, so when the bottle says to use minimal detergent, use even less, or else you’ll get suds at the end of the load. You’ll get the feel for it after a few loads. It’s easy to add another rinse if you need it. And if you’re coming from a non-HE washer, make sure your previously laundered items don’t have residual soap suds in them. Lastly, be sure to wipe excess water from both the gasket area AND the detergent dispenser area after the load is done. A lot of water can get trapped in the latter. Do that and leave the door ajar, and you’ll be good to go. I’m at five months in and used the cleaning cycle monthly, and haven’t had any odor issues yet.

Love this washer! For a compact it can hold plenty of clothes. It does a great job cleaning the clothes and I love how well the spin cycle does what it’s supposed to do (We had a new washer 5 years ago (different brand) and it was awful—wouldn’t even go into the spin cycle. I’d definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking for a compact model.

I purchased this LG washer 2-3 weeks ago. It is very easy to set up and program. Very quiet, even when spinning at the end of any cycle. So far so good.
