    Cleans clothes well but very loud and water shut off is very abrupt. Ended up installing water hammer arrestor on each water line to help with noise and protect water lines. Still noisy but better.

    Purchase a floor model with no free delivery. After hooked up and test run with dirty laundry, the washer shaked violently when the drum on spin-dry mode. Switch the washer off, check leveling and had the same shaking problem again. It was a defective machine and had to unplug everything and return unit for refund. No compensation from Best Buy. What a disaster.
