    This washer was installed two weeks ago, within a couple of days I was getting an OE message, but machine kept working so didn't think too much about it. Last Sunday this message kept popping up and machine no longer works. Called Best Buy and they will send someone out next week:(

    Awful. complicated to use -- I don't want to "porgram" my washing machine! It forgets the "program" between washes, so setting up each load is again a chore. Buttons are at front, so kids mess with buttons during the wash cycle. Avoid!
