I like the washer. Can get a lot of wash done in one load. I like all the cycle options. I also like watching the wash go through its cycles by watching through the glass top. The cycles take very long and it's a deep tub. Otherwise we are happy.

I bought this washer after my previous washer stopped working. My friend had this washer and it worked well for her so I thought I'd buy one if the opportunity presented itself at the appropriate price with the rebate. Time, over the next few years, will tell if the washer will be an excellent buy. As of now we haven't had any problems and I don't anticipate any.

My husband is a plumber and I have a 3 year old son: the ultimate test for any washing machine! This LG meets and surpasses my expectations. The dirtiest of our clothes come out clean and fresh. There are tons of options from temperature to the types of load. Great energy efficiency and water usage. Very happy!

Great washer with a lot of options and the controls are conveniently set in front of the lid. It was easy to set up and it is not noisy. when spinning, it does not shake the room. The washer has a large capacity. The drum is a bit deep for short people.

I love the size of the tub. However, it may be a little big for the way I am used to washing and sorting clothes. I will adjust by washing bigger loads. The wash cycle is long but my clothes seem to be cleaner. I wish it had a presoak cycle only.

This washer easily handled a huge fluffy 4 inch cal-king mattress protector that normally I would have to take to a laundromat. On ordinary clothes, towels, sheets, etc. it works great. Quiet, too. No balancing problems that I have seen other reviewers complain about. I particularly like the up-front controls.

We really like using the machine and is easy as it fills water as needed and really spins the clothes dry.

I absolutely love this wash machine! It has every option you could ever want or need. Very user friendly!

I am very pleased with the washer so far. I had to wash a comforter and was very pleased with the results.

washers uses very little water while still obtaining a high level of cleaning, also fair price for the level of quality, wash time do however run just over an hour. On the other side it does do quite a bit more laundry than my previous machine

I purchased this washer because it was a large capacity, top load washer. The lid has a fold down option allowing the washer to vent without leaving the top open. I gave it 4 out 5 stars only because it can be a little noisy, however we have all wood floors, in a home with carpeting you probably wouldn't notice it spinning during the rinse cycle.

I love this washer & dryer set. We have 5 children so I do laundry A LOT! I went from doing 3-4 loads a day to 1-2 and can even take some days off. It holds a very large amount with no problem. My Queen comforter washed beautifully and my whites have truly never been whiter. I like that it tells you how much time is remaining on the cycle. The signal alerting you that the cycle is finished is very quiet. When the laundry room door is closed and life is going on in the rest of the house it's hard to hear. But that's a minor thing. We are very happy with our purchase. I wish I had done it years ago!

I read the reviews about the errors due to balancing. So, I made sure that I downloaded the manual before the delivery date to understand the balancing setup. When the installer arrived, I made sure that the balancing procedure was followed. So far it is running well after a couple weeks.

I like the leveling and ease of use of this washer. It is a good companion to the new LG dryer we got.

This washer works great. I no longer have to decide a load size as it does it for me. It offers many options for what kind of load I have (delicate, pure colors, heavy bedding, etc). I like the fact that it has a place for the detergent and softener as I found out in my search that many do not.

Purchased this machine from referral and good reviews. The first machine delivered leaked water during my first regular wash fill cycle. (The test cycle preformed by the technical crew did not leak.) A second machine was delivered right away. Both delivery teams were very professional. Wash times are longer than our older machine. Wish you could select separate wash and rinse water temps. The automatic water level just covers the clothes. For heavy items (ex. jeans or bedding) I use a second rinse. Small load items get cleaner than large load items. Very quiet machine.

My Wife loves this washer because she can get the comforters in it instead of the laundry mat! First time with an HE washer, but read the instructions carefully and it cleans very good. We found that by wetting the comforters first while in the machine tricks it into adding additional water for a great clean. Time will tell how well it holds up.

This is a big and nice washer. Had for a month so far and it has been running smoothly and quietly
