I like the cycle choices this washer has. I also like the load sensor feature at the beginning of the cycle. It is hard to reach the clothes at the end to put in the dryer. Overall, it is a great choice.

This LG washer is a good washer. It is fairly quiet. It handles a goodly sized load of laundry. I like it.

I love that it has dispensers for the detergent, softener, and bleach. The only issue I have is that it is very deep and when you are short it is hard to reach to clean clothes at the bottom.

we enjoy all the features on this product, the self trouble shooting system, also the alarm features it makes when the product is done or has an issue and is very smooth and quiet.

This washer gets our clothes really clean. We hardly notice it when it is on. It can even wash our queen comforter.

This washer is so large that I'm washing at least one load less per time. Which in my book is a home run! I can even wash all the towels together, instead of having to add towels to every load because our other washer couldn't handle all the towels at once. I even washed a comforter that I hadn't washed in forever because it wouldn't fit. I'm sold. I'd buy this washer all over again!

Easy to use and very quit. Works better then my 15yr old washer ever did. Easy enough for my younger kids to operate.

The machine cleans great and has alot of features. I really like it except for the basin is too deep. I'm only 5'3 and I have to be on my tippy toes to remove things from the bottom. It is actually really difficult and I wish I had noticed this before I bought it. Other than that, it does its job getting clothes clean.

I research before I buy everything from big purchase to small ones. I looked at many appliances before I chose the LG. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND and this washer and dryer set in particular.

I bought this machine as a replacement for an old washer with an agitator, which could not handle dog bedding. It has a huge tub which can handle large, bulky loads including quilts, slipcovers and dog bedding. The wash cycles take longer than my old machine, but because you can select a high speed spin cycle, more water is spun out and it saves on dryer time. I also like the fact that the tub has a direct drive rather than a belt, which really reduced vibration.

Love all of the different choices for settings. Absolutely quiet when in wash cycle. Hardly know it is running. All of the touch settings are on the top front of machine. Great idea. No reaching to the back of machine for settings

This washer is excellent. I can fit large loads and my king blankets. It works well using cold water and its quiet

Best washer I have every had and the salesperson was so knowledgable who helped me. I love the large drum, because I can finally wash my comforter at home , so much cheaper than sending it to the cleaners. I also live that I can pay it out over 18 months and no interest. I buy everything I can through Best Buy!!

I bought this washer based on a Consumer Reports recommendation... have only had it for a month but so far but I really like it. My last washer was a Maytag that lasted 12 years although it started having problems around 10 years. Since I've only had this LG for a month I can't say much about reliability but if it lasts as long as the Maytag I'll be really pleased.

Washer does a fantastic job cleaning all types of fabric. Huge drum makes cleaning large loads easy. Also, the little song that LG's play when the wash is complete really amuses my kids!
