This washing machine is great........it is easy to use, just choose your settings. I love the top load and the stainless steel, huge tub! Also, one of the nicest and best features is that the door has a portion of it that will open and lock in place so the inside of the machine can dry out thus preventing any kind of water retention and potential smell. I love this unit!!!

I am very satisfied with this product so far. choice of cycles is very good. cleaning is good. it is quiet.

Holds lots more clothes and uses half as much water as my old machine. Cleans much better for half the cost.

It took me about 8 months to purchase a He machine. My old machine was 21 years old and has been a great machine. I am glad I did purchase this machine for the options, It has a speed wash cycle which I use a lot. Nice machine easy to use seems to clean my clothes better. I only wish I would have bought a new dryer to accommodate the larger loads that this machine can handle. That will be next. Overall I am glad I chose this machine. Use it about 4 times a week.

This washer is very quiet and does its job well! The size fits a comforter perfect! Truly is energy efficient!

This is our first washer and dryer as a couple. We wanted something that would last for a long time. This pair hasn't had a hiccup yet in about 2 months of use. Follow the directions for how to load the clothes in the washer. Only have had to rebalance the load manually once. I like that the buttons are on the front of the unit. Only thing I don't like is that the washer is very deep. Hard to get the clothes off the bottom if you are small/have short arms.

I spent months looking for a new washing machine, while the old one was dying. I finally decided on the LG because I could get the best price and features, and hope for a long term machine. BB had the best price I could find, and the shipping was free. I did not want a HE machine, because the reviews have been hit and miss, and did not want to be "locked out" in adding clothes after the cycles began, or have clothes come out dirty. The traditional washing machine to match my dryer had poor reviews with the electronics. It was a difficult decision. The set up was quick and easy for their staff, and I spent more than a few minutes reading the instructions. It has multiple choices for cycles, and will let you know how long your chosen cycle will take to complete. I've used a couple of the shorter cycles, as the "long" cycles can take over an hour to finish. (So plan ahead!) The machine is quiet, and plays a little tune when done. I've watched the water levels, and it seems to always cover the clothing, and the clothes do come out clean. The tub is deep however, and I need to stand on something to reach the bottom. (I'm 5'0.) I've used it now for about a month, and so far, I'm happy with the purchase. LG usually makes a good product, and I hope this machine will last for years.

This machine has the following nice features: Many wash cycle options. Able to add items once cycle has started. Nice optional features like extra rinse and soak options.

This washer is dad and kid user friendly! It easily washes bedding.

Nice and quite set the only downfall is the drum is deep and I can't get clothes out of the bottom of the drum without a stool!

Bought because we have 2nd laundry room upstairs and wanted the teens to have a w/d near bedrooms. Works so well I'm thinking of replacing our downstairs w/d with the same model.

Love it! Great load options. Huge load capacity for blankets etc. It runs so quietly, it's great!

This washer is a long way from my old conventional washer. The cycles run from 55 min. to 1 hour and 15 min with the exception of the quick wash that runs for 35 min. So my washing takes longer now, however I love its large capacity and how dry the clothing comes out. It saves time in the dryer. One thing, this tank is a little deep for my height 5'4. All in all I am very pleased. I cant wait to buy the matching dryer.
