very quiet, easy to load and user friendly front panel is nice and clean looking...

Bought awhile back for one of my tenants when her machine went. She loves this machine and has been using it for over a year w/out issue.

We bought this washer due to #1 consumers report rating. From the very beginning, it has been a pain to use. It becomes unbalanced about 80% of the time. When we called LG customer service, we were told to "balance the clothes" better. After a short discussion LG tells us that they can't send anyone to inspect for balance issues. 1 week old and they can't help. The washer is supposed to have a sophisticated auto balance feature... Not exactly. Quite the opposite. It will work ok if you completely fill it to the maximum, but not always. Best Buy has been very helpful and we plan to return it.

Large capacity, easy to use, many different settings for different kinds of loads

Unfortunately, it wasn't properly installed. So we had to have a service man return to level it correctly.

Love it! Sometimes you have to rearrange clothes when it gets out I balance but it's no biggie. Lots of settings!

I've had my new washing machine for about a month and it is wonderful. Love the deep large tub so I can wash bedding without going to the laundromat.

Overall this washer preforms as advertised. The thing I like the most about it is that I can fit my king sized comforter into it. I wasn't able to do this with my last washer. The only real con is the little sounds it makes trying to balance the load at the start, but once it gets going there is no problem.

This is a great washer. I researched a lot prior to the purchase, this washer gets amazing reviews on consumer reports as well. I am very happy with this purchase. The washing machine is super quiet, and love all the settings. The song that is it sings as the signal when it is completed is super cute.

Had washer for 2 years and 2 months and machine started to have issue right after warranty ran out and cost to fix it is 50% of the original price. Not pleased with lg at all.

The washer is whisper quiet, it fits nicely in the appliance closet in our apartment. It is very efficient and uses very little detergent and water.

The machine uses less water than my old machine and gets the moisture out of the clothes before drying thus saving me money in both operations.

This is the best washer I have ever owned. If you don't like the wrinkled clothes that come out on the Cotton/Normal cycle, just use Pure Colors. Bright Whites works great for those items you want washed in hot water. Just make sure that your drainage pipe is clear for 1 1/2". If not, the water will back up out of the pipe! It is a quiet machine if it is leveled properly.
