Very quiet. Also large capacity for those big items such as blankets etc.

It is easy to use. The clothes come out clean. The machine is very quiet.

In general, this is a great washer... large capacity, ability to clean it so it doesn't smell like front loaders, etc. We have noticed that clothes do not necessarily get as clean. Plus I can barely reach the bottom to get the clothes out of the washer. I need to keep a stool in my laundry room!

We just purchase our ever washer and we purchase this LG and we didn't go wrong first we went with LG bc of the brand 2nd of the prize..

this washer worked great for 5 years and then once the extended warranty expired, the washer expired.

First washer I have bought and wouldn't change it in for anything else.

I am so disgusted with this machine. I purchased this set of washer and dryer in April of 2013 along with the extended warranty. We have had nothing but problems with the machine not spinning out and will pop up the error code UE. The machine then keeps filling up with water and trying to spin out and just keeps doing this. I would say the problem began a few months after use but I could readjust the clothes and it would fix it. The problem just got worse and worse, have to constantly keep an eye on this thing. Repair men came out in December 2014 and replaced the whole computer says the has been a problem. Well its now Feb 2015 and it is doing the same thing again. They are coming out this time to replace the balancing mechanisms. Says in the extended warranty info after 2 attempts to fix the 3rd time you call they will replace the product with a like one or give you instore credit/gift card for the current market value of the machine. I am just ready to be done with this. I will never PURCHASE LG APPLIANCES AGAIN.

This LG washing machine worked great for about 3 months, but around the 4 month mark it started giving an unbalanced load error. This error would occur every few loads to start, but it guickly began producing this unbalanced error on every load. You would have to stay with the machine in order to get a load to semi finish. The time spent doing laundry increased as well as the water bill. It became miserable to try to get the laundry completed. I called LG for warranty support, but they wanted to tell me that we were loading the machine incorrectly. I told them that I could run an empty load and it would still give me the unbalanced load error. They had no answer for this information and offered no solution to correct this issue. In a nut shell, LG did not want to honor the warranty! After way to many hours of trying to correct this issue with LG I have now replaced this LG washing machine with a new Samsung Washing machine. It was an expensive lesson to learn that LG does not stand behind the products they sell, so this will be the last LG product I will ever purchase. Me not doing any further business will not have a big impact on LG, but they will not get a second chance to sell me a poor quality product!

She said this washer is the best thing ever. She went from a really old washer to this one so it definitely meets her needs in a washer.

So glad I chose this washer and matching dryer! I don't think this one will smell bad like some front loads. I like the vent on top, but as I have no kids or animals, I just leave the lid up. So, my clothes get clean with no hassle. Big loads, small loads, this washer handles them all.

Wow! Does this thing wash a ton of clothes at once!! What used to take my old washing machine 5 or 6 loads this one does comfortably in 2 or 3. The spin cycle is amazing and has cut my drying times in half despite the much larger loads. Our laundry is noticeably cleaner and softer to the touch which is maybe the greatest distance. LG has rocked it with this one!

We have had the washer and the dryer for 5 years now and for the first 2-3 no issues. Then once in awhile the washer would become unbalanced, but now it’s almost every other load of laundry it will keep refilling over and over trying to rebalance causing so much wasted water and electric.

This washer is amazingly quiet! My wife and I love the little jingle it makes when it has finished a load. Definitely recommend this!

This washing machine is so quiet, I don't even know that's running. My only problem with it is that the drum is soooo deep that I have trouble getting the clothes out of it. I was told to use a step ladder, but that only makes me taller and doesn't help getting the clothes out of the washer! Have only done 3 washes so far, and they come out clean.

Love it so far... Very quiet and easy to work with and enjoying it!!!

I love all the options on this machine as well as the fact there is no agitator and that its conserves water by sensing the load size.

worthwhile, reliable product, quiet, efficient, would purchase again.
