Love how easy it is to use how effectively it gets the job done and how clean and great my clothes smell coming out of this washer. It meets my needs as if reading my mind.

After comparing similar makes and models, I knew that this was the washer I wanted to purchase. I checked a couple other stores, but decided that Beat Buy was the place to purchase. After all was said and done, I saved even more than I expected to, plus they delivered, set up & took my old clunker away - ON NEW YEARS DAY!!!

We have had the washer for a month and it has worked well. The drum is large and hold lots of towels or beading.

If you want to always have to constantly untangle clothes and like to constantly reset this than this is for you. I can’t walk away be cause it is programes to stop when off balance. Why would it stop? Because they knew it would go off balance. It goes into an endless loop when tangled. It will add water and start the rinse cycle to unravel the root ball of clothes. Only to tangle it more. Never ending cycle. If you have well water your 10 time rinsed clothes smell awful. I can’t believe LG would sell garbage like this. It’s named TrueBalance what a joke. It’s been going on for about 5 years now. Never worked only when I put in 2-3 pieces of clothing.

I'm very happy with the washer except the clothes come out wrinkled.

I like how it calculates the weight and balance of the load and only uses the water amount required to wash a full load of clothes. I'm very hopeful that this will be one of the last washers I have to buy, but if it does last 10 years I will be grateful.

New house - New washer and dryer. Bought as a pair - love both. FIT perfectly inside house (closet type area).

I wish I had believed more strongly the reviewers who said they didn't like this washer. It becomes unbalanced very easily and just adds water which makes it impossible to get the extra water out of the clothes. Also, the water level never completely covers the clothes and things don't get clean. We had this 2 weeks prior to deciding to return it.

I like the machine for how good it cleans and how little water it uses. But it states that you cannot wash anything that is water resistant or water proof such as ( mattress pad, shower curtain, tennis shoes, rubber backed bathroom rugs, etc. ) If I had known this before I had purchased this I would have bought something different. Now I will have to go to the laundry mat to wash the above mentioned items ! The reason I would NOT recommend this washer is because you cannot wash anything that is water resistant or water proof in it !

I had a front loader that I hated since about the second load of laundry I did. Now I LOVE my new LG top loader!!!!! It handles everything from small (one item) loads to big (sheets and blankets) loads! It took me a little bit to remember to add the detergent before I shut the lid, but now I'm in the habit.

The washer is quiet, easy to use and washes great!

This washing was great with a deep tub to accommodate large loads and the cycle choices are very helpful.

Great washer overall for the price. Owned it for 5 months and have not had any issues thus far. Only drawback (which can be over come by a little common sense) is that the default soak time typically does not allow the whole load to get clean, clothes in the middle of the load may stay dry...I feel this is due to no agitator but I'm no design expert...You can easily fix this problem by adding soak time which LG conveniently gives you a specific button for. Downside to the soak time is that a typical load takes 1.5 hrs so you have to plan accordingly. Upsides are that it is quiet, easy to operate, and the clothes come out much drier than a standard washer whichs cuts down on dry time.

Bought this about 2 months ago when we moved. So far, it has been everything we have dreamed of. Some reviews claim of unbalanced loads, but so long as you read the manual/don't throw all the clothes in on one side, the dryer works great!

We've had the washer for a little over 3 months now and the machine works beautifully. There are a ton of options, and menus are simple and easy to use even for the most novice of laundry doers. We love how much room the drum has as well.

Very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a family washer.

The Lg top loader was everything I expected a top loader to be nothing like the top loaders of yesterday
