This is a great washer. LG Products are terrific and this is consistent with that. Quiet works great. Self load levels. We are very happy. We had a front loader before and this is better.

This is a great washer, we had a Whirlpool Duet before this. I liked it as well, but this washer is better as it is quiet and the drum is bigger.

I think of it as a robot, it is so intelligent. No spindle, so easy on clothes. We have not noticed any difference in cleaning power compared to our old front loader which had a $30 part fail which was impossible to fix (which is why we switched back to top loader). My perception is this one will probably not last a long time, but for the price, if we can get as much as the last one, 8 years, I'll be happy. Large capacity, optimizes the water level, no balance issues at all, leaves clothes lightly damp and our dry times are even shorter than with the older front loader. We've had this for about a month and 25 loads. Quiet operation. Cute song at end of operation.

Love it! Can't believe I got something this nice for the price.

I wanted an efficient and not too expensive top load washing machine. This one a Consumer Report's best buy, so we chose it. It works great but I wash almost everything in cold water, so it takes a little longer for the wash cycle.

I bought this washer to replace a front loader that leaked and collected mold in the rubber seal. The top loader does not have these problems. The clothes come out clean and dry beautifully. I have not tried washing a large comforter yet.
