Our standpipe was 1.5" and only 29" above the floor. The drain pipe end fit very tight in the standpipe and would spew out water when the machine started to drain. Also it would vibrate more than I liked during the med. spin cycle. I extended the drain pipe to 40"(manual recommends minimum 39") with a 2" pipe. This took care of the water leakage when draining. I also unhooked the drain line on the machine from the hook it was attached to. This really helped with the vibration. By being hooked to the back of the machine it seemed to cause more vibration. Now it works like a dream. Hope this helps anyone having similar problems.

Love my washer and dryer. So pleased with my purchase. The washer is HUGE on the inside. Fit a king sized comforter. Both are super quiet. Fits very well in my apartment, doors are able to close. The dryer dries quickly and I LOVE IT!

I purchased this washer over a month ago. I had to replace my old whirlpool and I'm so glad a bought it! The capacity is great for large bulk bedding- no complaints at all

When my brand new washing machine arrived the delivery team immediately began to set up my new washing machine it really was easy to set up and this is very simple to operate when I have a variety of different wash type cloths.

I love this washer, it does a great job. It is large enough for comforters. The only issue is I am short and did not think about reaching in to get small things like socks, so I need a little foot stool. Otherwise it is awesome!

We have had to repair this item three times. One time it was the whole computer board. Now it is broken again. Just replacing it since the repair cost now will be more than buying a new one.

This was my second HE top loader without an agitator so I was very surprised and disappointed that this machine had the problems that it did. At least 8 out of the first 12 loads unbalanced during the spin cycle. Sheets and towels were the worst. It would attempt to re-balance itself to no avail (wasting water, energy, and time in the process). Within the 2 week return period, I contacted Best Buy and returned the washer and bought a Samsung front loader, which I am happy w/ so far.
