I have only had this washer for 2 months. So far so good. Very quiet, looks great and a nice job cleaning. I hope it continues.

Purchased this in Nov. 2015 - fast forward to January 2017, the machine is basically dead. Repair would be almost $500. I have disliked this machine most of the time we have owned it. It is constantly out of balance, no matter how I load it, no matter how many or how few clothes are in the machine. LG said "it's normal." Now the water pump went out and the UL board needs repaired. Almost the exact price we paid for the machine. What junk!

Really great washer. Large tub is great for bulky items. Very quiet with very little vibration, which is great when the washer is on the second floor of the home.

The machine was a little noiser than I expected...but is WAY quiter than the 12 year old Maytag I got rid of for this one. I only gave four stars because I have only used 3 of the many settings so far.

Performs great, very quiet, awesome price and delivery from best buy. Also end of cycle ring is quiet so it won't wake baby up. I love the top load vs front loading. It's super sleek and I wish I had the dryer.

This is a very good unit. We were a little concerned because we had never had a washer with the short agitator and didn't know exactly what to expect. Also, we'd heard that the HE washer's don't clean clothes quite as well. Neither have proven to be an issue for us. Everything comes out clean and there doesn't appear to be any issue with washing performance. The salesman tried to convince us that we needed a bigger washer. I suppose that there is need for that in some households, but it has not been an issue at all. We have two children and produce a fair amount of laundry but I don't think a bigger washer would have really helped any. Much bigger and you'd just be running loads that are less than full.

overall very happy with purchase. Washer is an energy saver so that may be why the wash cycle takes longer average 57 minutes but there is a speed wash cycle.Love the little song it plays when wash is done. =)

This washer has been great, no problems and it has way more capacity than our old front load washer. We can do laundry in half as many loads as before!

Delivery and installation went excellent right on time as agreed. The washer right out of the box was extremely easy-to-use simple and easy to understand buttons and uses no more water than necessary.
