the clothes are very clean and its nice and quiet, and as nice as the product is, the sales people have made the sales special, very helpful sales people (I think his name was Paul)

I have never used a washer in which I have not had to decide on the water level. This make washing easier since everything is automatic.

Gets good reviews, but very disappointed with this washer. It took me 90 minutes to wash 5 bath towels. I literally had to "babysit" the wash machine as it kept going off balance. During another wash cycle (which took over an hour), the clothes came out and there was still powdered detergent on the clothes. I returned this machine after just a week. I went back to an "old school" machine with an agitator.

So far so good. I've had this washer for a month and it's worked great to far. The only things was when the load was unbalanced it stopped until I balanced it which was troubling.

After our old school agitator washer gave up the ghost, I did my due diligence and researched what was new. I was hesitant about an HE machine due to the negative comments. After reading the bevy of POSITIVE reviews, I went with the LG. All I can say is, AMAZING! My wife and I absolutely love this machine. We've had no problems at all. The giant tub is great. I'm a techie so I really like the electronic controls. The Smart Diagnostics is a nice add-on. I highly recommend buying this machine.

Purchased the pair on sale. I love the sleek design and controls up front. The feature that lets you know how much time remains is convenient and the tones pleasant. The tub is very large and no agtitator for clothes to wrap around and tangle is a real plus. This is my first LG product and hope to get long life from this machine.

We have owned for a little more than a month and my wife is extremely pleased with the washing results so far. I personally like the fact we do not have to close the laundry room door completely to knock out the noise of the washer like we did with our last HE front load washer. The door seems a little "Light Duty" but who knows may outlast me. Only time and my wifes abuse will tell. Over all a very good, positive purchase.

The LG wt1101cw replaced a 15 year-old Kenmore. HE technology required a bit of a learning curve, with the small water volume causing initial concerns. After observing the first few wash cycles, the method-to-the-madness became more understandable. Seems to accomplish the goal as intended. Other than some minimal vibration, I've not experienced any negatives. Runs fairly quiet, cleans well, and extracts water from the load very efficiently... which decreases drying time. Thus far, I'm very pleased.

This product is awesome! It's very nice looking and is not too big. Being able to see through the top is a nice feature. It is a quiet machine and very fast with alot of options.

My wife and I bought this lg high efficiency top loader because our fifteen year old washer stopped working. Our laundry room is small so it will not fit a front loader. After purchasing we discovered that you are not supposed to wash waterproof materials in this washer. This will not work for us because we have a newborn baby, and we will need to wash mattress protectors often, so we returned it immediately. If you do not have such a requirement, then I am sure this product would work quite well for you.

This is the most amazing wager I have ever had! I live all the different cycles it has and the clothes vine out clean with no rust stains. I also love the cute sounds it makes.

For small to medium size loads this washer is excellent. The price is well below larger models.

This washer is great for large families and the clothes come out very clean. The price is a little high but well worth it.

The LG top-loading washing machine is terrific. I cleans very well, while being efficient: conserves water and electricity. It is notably quiet and vibrates less than any machine I've ever owned. The machine cleans better than the last "energy efficient" machine I owned. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Very satisfied with this purchase! Previous owner of a front loader and must say LG did an outstanding job on this model. This model is very quiet and fits big loads.

This dryer has changed my life, the large capacity dries all of the clothes in one cycle. NO MORE extra drying time. It's very big allowing about 2 loads to dry at once!

Have had this washer for 4 months and all is well so far. This machine runs quiet and does a great job getting everything clean. The larger capacity is very nice for knocking the laundry out quick or for washing blankets etc. No shortage of options on this machine for load selection and the spin cycle gets most water out so cloths don't take long to dry. Our last H.E. machine lost its spindle at the 5 year mark, hoping this one goes a lot further than that!

Great experience. Reviewed Consumers Reports for best values and this was the highest rated model and for good price. Looked at the online reviews available and decided it would work for us. Bought it on-line, without visiting store. The implementation process went smoothly. I had to call to ask what time they would arrive for the install, as they had failed to call me to advise. The response from the 800 number was a quick apology, then they provided the information and a gift card to make up for that lapse. How great is that service! The installers arrived on time and completed their work very professionally.

Great looking and easy to use machine. Just have to follow the manufacturers instructions explicitly for operation and care of product to ensure long lasting use.

I love my front control washer with the viewing window. My down fall is being short and having a hard time reaching the bottom of the washer to take clothes out.
