The washer was a fair deal and does a pretty good job cleaning clothes but because of the depth it is difficult for my wife to get cloths at the bottom of the tub

We've had this washer about a month and it's great. The large capacity has cut my laundry time in half. I've had some pretty nasty laundry loads (we have a puppy who is still having occasional accidents; I left a towel outside in a monsoon storm - very dirty) and it has yet to disappoint. Plus my kids like watching the laundry through the glass top.

Never again, We have had nothing but trouble with this washer. through the 6 years we have been using it the UE balance was always coming on. special wash features would cause it to go into the UE code a lot. we had called support and was told we did have an issue with that model but your out of warranty, so sorry. now it is full of water and the pump is not working. This washer has been a pain right from the start.

I love this machine. My replacement was over twenty years old, so I'm super excited to have new technology! Easy to use.

I didn't know clean until I got this washer. Doesn't look as nice as front loading models, but looks don't mean a thing. I am very glad my old washer died lol.

I bought this washer after my GE of 5 years took a dump on me. Was a little unsure about LG washers, but after reading other reviews and doing some research, I felt this was the best washer out there for the money. So far it has not disappointed. I like the fact that it selects the amount of water for you, which I often thought would be a nice feature. It also has a large bin so I can fit a ton of stuff into one load. Clothes have come out clean and it is surprisingly quiet. One grip is that the chrome lid handle scratches very easily, not a big deal to me, but maybe someone a bit more critical.

I bought this washer due to it's excellent rating on Consumer Reports. The price was very reasonable, compared to some of the others, and it just works. Quietly.

Very quiet machine. It does all the guessing for you as to what temp and time to choose. Clothes come out very clean and the washer looks great in the laundry room.

I love all the features on this machine. It is soooooo quiet. It was easy to learn easy to operate. I have washed bulky bedding and area rugs with no problems at all. My only problem is the tub is very deep and at 5'2" I have a hard time getting clean clothes out of machine.

I was unsure of purchasing this model initially but am very glad I did. The control options are just what I need and the capacity is perfect for a family of 6.

This is my first experience with LG brand. So far I like the machine and it's working just fine for my family. It is also quiet during operation and it has a plenty of washing space for a big load of laundry. TO ALL NEW USERS... it's very important to make sure you do a right leveling and balancing before your initial use of the machine.

This is my first washer purchase, and after much research I chose this one. It was delivered on time and within the time frame they said, so that was a good start. They hooked it up and put it thru a cycle to christen it. I love the load sensing, and it has worked great. All of my clothes get soaked like they should, unlike some of the reviews I've read on some other brand models. When you turn it on, it gives you a nice cheerful chime and almost makes you happy to do laundry! It shows you the time the cycle will take, so for planners, its definitely a plus. I recommend this product!!

We bought this washer in 2015 because our other washer of 15+ years died. Washers without the agitator were the "new" thing, so I thought. This washer takes over an hour to do a load of cotton laundry. If it becomes unbalanced, it will just refill and try to re-balance itself over and over and over again. 2 hours later, your laundry still isn't done. I haven't felt that my whites are white anymore, even with bleach. I can only do 4 towels at one time otherwise, it's too heavy of a load (even on bulky/bedding cycle). Don't start a load and leave because if it goes unbalanced, it shuts off until you return. In Feb 2019, we had some issues with our machine and needed geek squad to come out. 5 trips and 2 weeks later, they fixed it as best as they could and told me warranty out grew it's amount, not sure what that means. I'm still stuck with this machine, that I now hate, and I've only had it for less than 5 years now. I'm sorely disappointed in the "new" machines that these companies are coming out with. They definitely don't hold up to the old and true washers of the past. Newer upgraded models are not always better. I wish that I could have left a better review. I don't like saying bad things about stuff, but I don't want someone making the same mistake I did.

Works great so nice and modern fits lots of clothes happy the wife rather have a top loader couldn't be happier.

Im happy with the washer. Im still trying to figure it out though. its all electronic. it took me nearly 3 weeks to figure out why i wasn't getting a cold wash when pressing the button for the cold wash. The installer installed the hoses wrong. I called best buy about it and since it was past the 2 week mark they said they would not come out to fix their mistake. Im also 8 months pregnant. Not happy with the policy. Some policies should be made to break.

This was a great purchase. We love the ease of use and the look of the appliance.

Fun to watch, efficient with water, and seems to get the job done. It has trouble on the spin cycle with unbalanced loads. Takes some getting used to.

I had a front loader machine and hated it for 7 years and finally made up my mind to go back to a top loader. With a good salesman and the consumer reports, I decided to try the LG top loader and it has been great. I can now throw a set of rugs in the washer and not worry that the machine is going to bounce all over the place.

This is so awesome- I can wash my big Kal King comforter with NO problem!!
