I totally love my new washer, it has great features and it's very spacious.

Great machine! So many functions. Very, very quiet and sings songs when cycle is done instead of buzzing. love it!

Love the washing time adjustments, but has more capacity than I even needs most time. Barely uses any washing detergent.

Great washer but the customer service was phenomenal!!! This was not my original washer purchase. On the day of delivery, the warehouse calls to inform me they no longer sell that item. I went back to the store as instructed by the warehouse and ask for a manager. I explained what was going on and within an hour I was walking out the door with a bigger model at a reduced price and they let me take the floor model!! They were fantastic!!!

I purchased this washer/dryer combo mostly because it fit into our small apartment space. It has great capacity for the size of the machine itself. Only problem I have is reaching the bottom of the drum to unload. It is so deep and my arms are short....otherwise it washes well and has some nice cycle features!

After purchasing my very first home, I figured new appliances were next on my list - and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! This is definitely the nicest washer I've ever had. The washer, itself, has a number of different cycles to choose from pending on what type of load you're washing, was incredibly easy to set up and so quiet during washes that half the time, I check on it to make sure it's doing it's job! (And, of course, it always is!)

Impressed with the self-balancing feature and how quiet it runs. Plenty choices of wash cycle combinations.

I paid over 800.00 for this machine. It says it has a direct drive on the motor and it will sit and start spinning and then stop and start again. The other day the motor just kept humming and wouldn’t do anything. Take my word do not buy a machine like this. Oh and it does have a 10 year warranty on the drive but you have to figure it who to call!

The washer works as we hoped it would. Makes very little noise. doesn't vibrate much. nicely sized as well.

I've only had it a few weeks, but so far it works great. Very easy to use. I really like the different settings.

Overall I (we) are very pleased with this washer. It is well built and offers great variety of settings and cycles. In comparison to other washers the only issue I have is the cycles are pretty long. I understand this is for efficiency and thoroughness but still they are longer than our prior machine. However, that is not enough to detract from the overall looks and performance. I will consider other LG products based upon how well this one is made and performs.

Needed to replace our old washer. Looked for one that would handle the King side bedding without much issues.

Very good product with good looks too. Easy close top. Easy to add detergent. Multiple cycles to choose from.

I can put many clothing in and the washer selects the water level based on the size of the load...no wasted water, no wasted electricity. It's simply amazing and I doubt I will ever buy another non-LG product again...love it, love it, love it. Absolutely love the top load feature. I do not like the front load washers...at my age, way too hard on my back!
