When our front load washer failed and would cost more to fix than a new one, we started researching what brand to get next. After consulting friends and the internet we ended up trusting the Consumer Reports top rating. So far we have not been disappointed in our decision.

My troubles with this machine are a result of on line shopping. This machine can not handle any sort of water proof or water resistant clothes or mattress pads etc.. But no where on line is this fact mentioned. In fact, none of the pictures of this washer have the warning label about waterproof clothes on them. I live in the northeast and I have to have a washer that can handle a winter coat or a gore tex coat. This machine is not it. This might be a fine machine but be aware that there are restrictions as to what you can put in it.

Very happy with purchase, priced right and does a great job

This machine is constantly going "unbalanced". It will either try to correct itself by rinsing then draining, then rinsing and draining, then rising and draining. It uses tons of water and takes 2 hours for a 57 min cycle. Other times, it will give the unbalance code and stop. I have to balance and restart. Most of the time, it will become unbalanced again and stop again. This machine is 2 years old and it's getting worse and worse. I wish I had my 1996 Kenmore wash machine still. Upgraded in 2015 just to upgrade and I've regretted ever since.

Great washing mashine but I am only 5 foot 3 inches and it is difficult to reach small items at the bottom of the washing machine. I have to stand on my top-toes and spin the drum to reach those small items.

It cleans the clothes perfectly specially white clothes.

I love this washer! It's perfect for my king size bedding!

Bought this machine because of so many positive reviews. Also a good price. We don't use a lot of the features, but it gets clothes cleans and spins them so well they dry in much less time. And the wife uses a spaghetti scoop to get the clothes on the bottom ;)

I love this washer! I do wish the lighting was better on the display panel. Also if it had lighting when the lid was open so you could see to the bottom of the drum, that would be great! Mine is set up in a laundry closet, which makes lighting an issue.

Was not in the market for a new washer,but was forced into it.started shopping by going on line and consumer report.we found this washer and it got pretty good marks and was reasonably priced.the day we went to the store the young man that waited on us took us right to the model we had been looking at.was a good experience.

I am very happy with this machine. Top load high efficiency does not have the odor issues of the front load, and door cannot leak. I wish I had known about the height of the machine when opened. We have to keep it out a few inches further from the wall because of the cabinets above. The machine does a thorough job.
