I bought this machine and it is exactly what I needed.

Bought washer and really liked how quiet it was. Having no agitator seems like more room for clothes . Well when it kept getting out of balance recommended we leave a circle in the middle did not work .

So after dealing with a dryer that gave us lots of problems for over a year, I broke down and bought this washer and matching dryer. I am soooo happy with it. It's like breaking up with a dysfunctional boyfriend and then going out with a real man and realizing everything you were missing. My old washer worked fine, I thought, but this one is so much better. No agitator so lots of room for big loads, plenty of cycle choices but not so many that you are overwhelmed and it's super easy to use. The best part is that the clothes spin out so well and are so nearly dry, the dryer has very little work to do. It also seems to take very little detergent. I was also super pleased with the in store experience with the sales rep and the delivery folks. Very nice, all around. We had some problems with installation but due to our old house and it's quirks, not the installation guys. They were super professional and helpful through out. Will definitely go here for my next appliance purchases.

The washer bangs the metal tub against the side of the washer. It will also stops and says it's not balanced. A regular load takes 57 minutes. My old washer I had for 18 years never had any of these issues.

Washer has trouble being balanced!! Last night washing cloths was a total nightmare. It took an hour to get the washer balanced to finish a load. This happens quite often.

We have had this product for just over a year and are replacing it. It constantly comes unbalanced and even with modifications or stopping to re-balance the clothing - it doesn't help. Clothes can take 3+ hours to wash -clearly not saving any time or money. It's been driving me insane and slowing getting worse over the past nine months. I am doing myself a favor and buying a new one. Do not waste your money on this product.

Useless machine, LG needed to have this model recalled. I would never buy any LG product (had other problems with other LG appliances).

Purchased recently. Runs good. But it was just recently purchased, so. need to keep eye on it to ensure that it runs good. Difficult to give a specific review at this time. Seems premature.

keeps filling up with water because it is "uneven" There is nothing in the washing machine!!! Total waste of water. My water bill was the highest ever!!!!!

The washer does the job so I have no complaints. It was also affordable so that is also a good thing. I will buy other appliances from best buy in the future.

1st, it took 6 hrs to wash 1 load of clothes! 6 hrs!!! then the think shakes violently, kept shutting down, and doesnt even wash the clothes. the idea of no aggitator now is in the wind, do yrself a favor and stick with what we know already works or front load. they told me i happened to get a bad unit, but i watched it run and i still could not see how in the world its suppose to clean yr clothes. they just sit there! it takes a lot of unnecessary energy just "feeling" the load. the dryer was better but i still was not impressed. i took them back and got a samsung front load. sooo much better.
