    Installers were good. But first technicians (2 of them together) who came to check the after-purchase error messages came and left without even turning on the washer. The one whi came alone was excellent, and we’re very happy now.

    The LG Washer has performed flawlessly since delivery. Instruction manual gave clear and concise instructions. Really like the limited amount of water it utilizes to complete a wash cycle.

    We love our new washer machine. Was a interesting time shopping for the set as we had not had to for several years. The salesman at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had in a professional manner from product to installation. We will purchase the rest of our appliances here from now on.

    Works great, easy to operate. I gave it a 4 star because the washer weights the cloths and adds water accordingly and I feel it does not use enough water.
