So pleased with our washer. Being able to control the water level and having an agitator again, I now believe our laundry is getting a through washing. The capacity is great. And it plays a little tune when the cycles are complete. There are controls to choose your spin speed, the higher one cuts down on drying time! We have other LG products in our home and have nothing but praise for each one.

Mighty inexpensive washer with smart washing sensing that allows the washer to determine the length of the cycle based on load size, etc.. My favorite feature is the glass lid because it allows for watching the wash cycle which is rather relaxing and mindlessly satisfying! Highly suggest considering this product if you are looking for a new washer. My only complaint is that there is an agitator which can make it challenging to wash full loads of larger items of towels, blankets, and bulky items such as comforters. Although it is possible to wash a full load of blankets or towels I have found it works best to do 1-2 towels or blankets with other smaller items rather than a full load of just towels or blankets. I have been able to wash a full/queen sized quilt and twin xl puffy comforter it just took some maneuvering around the agitator to ensure the load was evenly distributed to avoid an off balance error.

I went with this LG due to the fact that my prior LG appliances have always been great! I have washed clothes in the “Normal “ cycle and it was so little water that not both items got wet. I believe in saving water, but why waste your time if it is not enough water to actually wash the items ? When I bought this I also had it delivered and they hooked it up if I bought new water hoses. After it was delivered, and I had washed clothes -only hot water was going into the washer because they had the hoses hooked up wrong. When they came back out the delivery guy said the washer was defective, but he did not wait long enough for the water to run through the hoses. Store I formed me these men only deliver and have no other knowledge. Their responsibility is to bring it in and leave it up. Put the hose on and done. I asked why they did not perform the test that was in the manual and the delivery man said that was only for front loader, but that is not what my manual says. It is quiet running, Manual also says samples are include in packing and “none” were in my washer.

Love the "Keep It Simple" design and action on this wash machine. The key is the real agitator that produces the necessary action to move the clothes in the water to remove the dirt. Far more efficient than the "new style agitators"! You also have the ability to add water to this unit - Deep Fill Max - only full level :(

This washer is an amazing machine that gets the job done! We are into a year and not a single issue with it. The drum depth is really awesome and it handles large loads very well. Great quality for a great price and better yet if you have a Best Buy Credit Card you can't beat the 24 month promotions!!!! Best Buy you are awesome!
