When it came to water filling up the drum it seemed to overfill all the time. No matter what setting for the wash cycle it filled up to capacity. I called customer service and although the lady tried to help it seemed a little convoluted cuz that's exactly what she told me. To change the setting so that I could change the volume in the drum. It didn't work! Suffice it to say I will be returning this product and although Best buy said that I am outside of their return time, I will be reaching out to LG and seeing if I can get at least a portion of my money back.

The main reason we purchased the washer was LG’s “Deep Fill” option which supposedly “adds extra water to any cycle.” That’s not quite true. As with most modern washers this one does not use enough water. It tends to leave lint on many items. We haven’t figured out how to do a simple rinse-and-spin. Not recommended.
