All worked well, and it spun smoothly during spin cycles (we are careful to balance loads in drum). Now, over last two month, increasingly banging horribly during spin cycle (even with rearranging of clothes). Of course, now just outside of LGs warranty (by 2 months) and we did not consider the BB warranty extension necessary.

I don't know if I received the same washer that was in the showroom. The glass top was clear and in the store it was blue.

I had a front loader for many years but there seemed to be installation problems with the overpriced pedastal so bought a top loader. Many comments about improved benefits of top loaders now. The huge problem with this machine is that everything comes out very WRINKLED. I am continuing to experiment with the settings hoping I can find something that does not leave EVERYTHING WRINKLED.
