    This washing machine is vastly superior to Samsung. High end Samsung is junk and was nothing but problems.

    I bought the LG washer thinking I can't wait to use it. When it came to water filling up the drum it seemed to overfill all the time. No matter what setting for the wash cycle it filled up to capacity. I called customer service and although the lady tried to help it seemed a little convoluted cuz that's exactly what she told me. To change the setting so that I could change the volume in the drum. It didn't work! Suffice it to say I will be returning this product and although Best buy said that I am outside of their return time, I will be reaching out to LG and seeing if I can get at least a portion of my money back.

    Overall, fairly disappointed with our LG washer. The main reason we purchased the washer was LG’s “Deep Fill” option which supposedly “adds extra water to any cycle.” That’s not quite true. As with most modern washers this one does not use enough water. It tends to leave lint on many items. We haven’t figured out how to do a simple rinse-and-spin. Not recommended.

    purchased from and installed by BestBuy May 11 2022. All worked well, and it spun smoothly during spin cycles (we are careful to balance loads in drum). Now, over last two month, increasingly banging horribly during spin cycle (even with rearranging of clothes). Of course, now just outside of LGs warranty (by 2 months) and we did not consider the BB warranty extension necessary.
