    Broke just after the 1 year mark when manufacturer warranty is over. Luckily, I bought an extended warranty. However, the repair person that Best Buy sent out under the extended warranty did not show up. Still broke!

    I purchased this model after extensive comparison shopping and reading Consumer Reports. I had a front loader for many years but there seemed to be installation problems with the overpriced pedastal so bought a top loader. Many comments about improved benefits of top loaders now. The huge problem with this machine is that everything comes out very WRINKLED. I am continuing to experiment with the settings hoping I can find something that does not leave EVERYTHING WRINKLED.

    don't like . once washer starts cant turn off if you want spin cycle only 12 minute session cant change time and cant stop it had to contact company - not in owners Manuel load of laundry 66 to 76 minutes long . not energy efficient with times it takes to do a load or user friendly

    I can literally say this is better than not having a washing machine, but it's the worst machine I have ever owned and I hate it. It is too smart for its own good and often the computer doesn't even fill up with enough water to cover the clothing to get them all wet. There is no way to just do a rinse cycle that I can figure out. I have resorted to just doing a maximum load with deep wash on everything I do. I would never buy this machine and I'm looking to replace it with a Speed Queen TT5 as soon as possible.

    After using this washer for almost a month, I am very frustrated with my new LG washer. I cannot get enough water in the wash tub to clean my laundry unless I use use "deep clean". I used "Normal" today and had to add 5 gallons of water to cover my clothes!!! Also, I don't dare try the high spin cycle, since the medium spin sounds like a helicopter above the house. I am fearful that high spin with pull the plumbing out of the wall. I unsuccessfully tried a Whirlpool washer then upgraded to the LG. I was hoping to be more pleased with the LG.

    This LG machine leaked, and it does not have a “drain and spin” option. It was touchy and if it thought it was out of balance it would stop and add more water. Kept adding water til it drained our water system tank. Nightmare. Couldn’t drain it.

    Not as good as I thought it would be. It gets the unbalanced signal even when there aren't a lot of clothes. It's too deep and hard to take the clothes out as well. Not good for shorter people.

    I washed a sheet and mattress pad on bedding cycle and they did not spin. Came out wet. I had to wash one item at a time. Normal cycle does not have enough water. I cannot wash a load of more than two towels. This is ridiculous. I have agitator but doesn’t seem to agitate. I have to wash some things twice. If I hit deep wash nothing happens which is suppose to give me more water. Very dissatisfied.

    Horrible experience with the installation, the first machine started leaking right after they installed it, had to lose another entire day of work to wait for them to bring the second one, not mention that I didn’t have clean colors for 2 weeks because they took my working washer the first time. HORRIBLE to say the least.

    Purchased Nov 30th, it's now Jan 15th and this washer is already giving us problems. OE error and no issues with the setup as far as I can tell. It drains, but very slowly and gives us the error constantly.

    Your delivery guys didn’t want to do their work. Due to the water situation. I could’ve go down and shut it off for them. They just gave too many excuses. Not only I spend so much time in Best Buy to purchase the washer but when they came I had to leave my job early for nothing. Unsatisfied sorry.
