I ordered this LG washer and had it delivered in about 5 days. I’m so happy with the washer. It is so quiet and clean really well and was not vibrating violently like our old model. It is so easy to operate this washer.

Have not had any of the problems of not enough water and items still dry after a cycle. The washer has numerous choices and very quiet in operation. We have done large loads/comforter and everything went perfect. Can’t be happier with our choice.

I was concerned that the washing machine wouldn't fit because it was a much larger capacity than my old washing machine. It turns out, it was actually a bit narrower and fit perfectly between my sink and dryer. I love how clean my clothes come out and I love the large capacity for larger loads.

It's super quiet, doesn't vibrate, and clothes are clean. But as the wife of a baseball coach and the mom of players, the part that sold me was the 15 minute quick wash. Anybody who has ever had a kid play sports knows what it's like when you forgot they had a game tonight and you need to wash their uniform FAST! So I was disappointed when the display showed 45 minutes when I hit the quick wash option. I tried EVERY combination of soil level, water temp, and spin amount and the time never got below 45. So I went with it thinking maybe it would work itself out. Nope. It took all 45 minutes. Pretty ridiculous considering a normal wash is 49 minutes... Other than that, it's great!

I am satisfied with this washer. It is much bigger than my previous washer. It is very efficient and very modern washing machine. It is a very quiet washing machine and it makes a melody sound when finished. The price was great. I have three other LG appliances that I have had for six years with no problems so I am hoping this washer along with my other LG appliances will last me for years.

I am still getting used to the detergent drawer at the back of the lid. If I could add half stars, I’d give it 4.5. Not a 5 quite yet, since we’ve only had it a short while.
